Return & Exchange Policy (5 Days)

Murli Amrit offers a 5-day return and exchange period. You can request a replacement or return within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@murliamrit.com.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the original condition as delivered
  • Packed in its original packaging
  • Returned with the invoice during pickup

Returns & Exchanges are allowed only in the following situations:

If your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the same address and share the expected pickup date. For exchange orders, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 days after the return has been collected. For any delivery-related concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked delivered.
  • You received a damaged product or the wrong item
  • The product seal was broken at the time of delivery
  • The product was expired when delivered

Order Cancellation

You may have the right to:
  • Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
  • Murli Amrit reserves the right to cancel or decline orders due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing mistakes, data errors, or issues with customer information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund approval.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect.
